PEI host third Orthopaedic Registrars' Education Dinner Meeting

On Friday 15th February, PEI hosted the third in its series of Registrars' Education dinner meetings. The focus of this meeting was the Tribology of Hip Prostheses.

Dr Sophie Williams from the University of Leeds, an expert in this complex area, was guest speaker on the night, and as expected, the lecture was educational and thought-provoking, leading to some highly topical discussions surrounding bearing options and the importance of tribology.
