PEI's Knee Meetings with Cadavers prove massively popular

PEI was absolutely delighted with the feedback to its series of Knee Meetings with Cadavers held recently in Dublin.

The first, a Primary Knee Instructional course, incorporating Clinical Heritage with New Technology and Cadaver Workshops entitled "Advancements in Total Knee Arthroplasty: Exploring Techniques with Cadavers" took place on Wednesday, May 25th. The second, a Revision Knee Instructional course, incorporating a Major Bone Loss Meeting with Cadaver Workshops entitled "Masterclass in Revision Knee & Major Bone Loss: Exploring Techniques with Cadavers" took place on Thursday, May 26th.

Both meetings took place at the excellent Biomedical Sciences Institute (Anatomy Department) at Trinity College Dublin and featured a superb faculty, which included Dr. Ivan Brenkel, Queen Margaret Hospital, Fife, Mr. Rob Harvey, Wirral University Teaching Hospital, Prof. John O’Byrne, National Orthopaedic Hospital, Cappagh, Mr. Gary O’Toole, St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, Prof. James Harty, South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital, Cork and Mr. Ian Kelly, Whitfield Clinic, Waterford.

Both meetings were extremely well attended and the feedback from attendees was superb. Pictured - some of those in attendance over the two days.
