We are delighted to announce the upcoming FAMUS PoCUS Hands-On Course, which is aimed at Consultants, SpRs and NCHDs interested in PoCUS and involves training in thoracic, abdominal/renal, and DVT/peripheral vascular imaging. The course will consist of three “hands-on” in person workshops, in addition to four online masterclass sessions and individualised supervision from course facilitators.

There will be 12 CPD points awarded upon completion. This course is approved by FAMUS/Society for Acute Medicine (SAM) and accreditation is administered by SAM.

This is a fantastic opportunity for heathcare professionals across multiple specialties to improve and formalise their PoCUS skills. Places are extremely limited, so please contact Hannah Clohessy, clohessyh@pei.ie or Eoin Keane, keanee@pei.ie for more information or to confirm your attendance.

Please note, attendees will require a Butterfly iQ, iQ+ or iQ3 probe to scan and upload their images to the cloud for review.
