We're delighted to announce Episode 12 of the Resmed PEI Patient Podcast Series which considers Getting Up Overnight.

If you need to get up during the night, for whatever reason, for example to go to the bathroom, what should you do in terms of your device, mask, tubing, etc.? This episode gives some practical advice about Getting Up Overnight and the best way of managing your therapy in these circumstances. This episode also considers what to do if you wake up during the night and find your pressure a little overwhelming, particularly if you are new to therapy.

Whether you're just starting out, trying to stay on track, or supporting someone at home, this nurse-led resource will take you through simple tips, explanations and support that makes a difference. We hope you find it useful.
